Full User Agreement

88eb (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform" or "we") is an online Sports Betting and gaming service provider. These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of 88eb's services. By registering an account or using the Platform, you are deemed to have automatically accepted these Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions are provided in Bengali. However, the English version shall take precedence in any legal interpretation. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using 88eb and contact our customer support to close your account.

Providing accurate and complete information is mandatory when creating an account with 88eb. The name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number submitted at registration must be truthful and verifiable. 88eb reserves the right to terminate any account opened with false information at any time.

Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, all of them will be closed and the funds may be forfeited. It is the user's own responsibility to keep their account password secure.

• Opening an account in someone else's name is strictly prohibited
• Account login credentials must not be shared with anyone
• 88eb may request identity verification at any time if suspicious activity is detected

88eb strictly enforces an 18+ policy. During registration, you must confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. 88eb may request your national ID, passport, or birth certificate at any time. Failure to provide these documents will result in temporary account suspension.

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, 88eb reserves the right to verify a user's identity, address, and payment method. Additional verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts.

Before placing a bet on 88eb, make sure to read the specific betting rules for each event. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled or changed. However, in certain exceptional circumstances, 88eb reserves the right to void a bet at its own discretion.

• If an event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded
• In the event of a tie or draw, the outcome will be determined in accordance with the rules of the relevant event
• 88eb reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error
• 88eb will not be held liable for bets lost due to network disruptions during live betting
• Maximum bet limits are set individually for each event and market
• Separate rules apply for single bets and multiple bets

Odds on 88eb are updated continuously. During live betting, odds can change rapidly. The odds displayed at the time a bet is confirmed will be the final accepted odds.

88eb supports deposits and withdrawals via Bangladesh's leading mobile banking services — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All financial transactions must be made exclusively from the user's own registered mobile banking account.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳500
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–24 hours
• Additional verification may be required for large withdrawals (over ৳50,000)
• Withdrawals cannot be made directly from bonus balance — wagering requirements must be met first
• Payments made through a third party are strictly prohibited

88eb offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer has its own terms and wagering requirements, which are detailed in the offer description. It is important to read those terms carefully before claiming any bonus.

• The welcome bonus is available to new members once only
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing winnings earned through bonuses
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless otherwise specified
• Any bonus that reaches its expiry date will be automatically cancelled
• If bonus abuse is suspected, 88eb reserves the right to take action following an investigation

88eb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion without prior notice. 88eb's decision on all bonus-related matters is final.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 88eb. Violations will result in permanent account closure and all balances may be forfeited.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Placing bets using automated bots or software
• Engaging in activity intended to abuse bonuses or promotions
• Participating in match fixing or any form of fraud
• Attempting to hack or breach the platform's security
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorization
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds

88eb reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice — particularly in cases of Terms & Conditions violations.

Users may close their account at any time. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account. To reopen a closed account, contact customer support — identity verification will be required.

88eb takes responsible betting very seriously. We want our members to enjoy betting as a fun pastime — never as a source of financial stress or personal hardship.

• Set deposit limits — daily, weekly, or monthly
• Self-Exclusion: take a break from betting for a set period of time
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily deactivate your account for a set period of time
• Reality Check: review your betting history at regular intervals
